TurboImageHost.com terms of service:

On TurboImageHost.com you can upload all your images and share with your friends but all must be legal, on TurboImageHost.com you can`t upload:
- copyrighted images if you don't own copyright for it
- underage porn, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
- any other images that might be considered illegal in USA or EU countries

All uploaded images are checked by staff and images that violate terms will be removed without warning and uploader of such images might be banned from website.

When you upload an image to the server your IP is logged. This information will only ever be used should these terms be broken.
