Missing Thumbnails?

A number of my members have noticed missing thumbnails when uploading to TurboImageHost. The image landing pages appear to work correctly, but some thumbnails are coming back 404'd with the gif 'This image removed due to violation of TurboImageHost Terms of Service or by user request'.

Any help you can offer us would be appreciated,

Yes, I believe it still occurs. Apparently there's also an issue with multiple upload retries with the flash uploader too - as reported by my membership elders ( a.k.a moderators ).

Is there a way to generate the missing thumbnails of the attached links or should I just have member rehost them?

p.s. a member tried posting these three images yesterday - the first image retried three times
