I don't have more info about ESET, everything in default config.
But: I've try to upload images with various settings, and the trojan warning displayed only when I flag the uploaded pic "Adult content".

When I click on ANY image hosted @ TIH the following warning displayed (and the site blocked by virus protection) - see attachment.
