I just uploaded a .gif image which is animated, 2.08MB in size and when I try and [img] it to my forum all I get is a link and not the image, is this not allowed?

Hi,
you can`t hotlink images (in this moment) if you use codes for images you can link this image on this way (click on image to see full size):
