When uploading an image, we are asked whether it should be "Public" or "Private - only for friends". But I don't see any way to access public pictures that anyone else has uploaded. Is there a way?

If I am posting links to my pictures on a forum, will they show up on the forum if I have logged the uploads as "only for friends"?
